You can pay for your stay upon arrival in cash, with a debit card, or with a credit card (Visa and Mastercard).

We are pet-friendly at Zefferer. For pets, we charge €20.00 per night.

Our Cancellation Policy:

For cancellations up to 3 weeks before arrival, the cancellation is free of charge. Up to one week before arrival, 70% of the booked travel price will be charged. After that, 100% of the booked stay will be charged.

We all look forward to a relaxing holiday, but sometimes unexpected events can arise. Therefore, we recommend taking out travel insurance. You can arrange this with your personal insurance advisor or online.
