Zefferer an exceptional destination where traditions meet modern convenience

The Zefferergut is one of the oldest farmhouses in Gleiming, near to Schladming and directly at the famous skiing area Reiteralm, part of ski amadè. Already in the year 1544 we can find documents proving the existence of farming traditions at Zefferer in the benedictine monastery of Admont where you can also find world’s largest monastery library. Guests can explore traditional craftmanship and farming artifacts of various centuries in the farmhouse that belongs to our family since 1625 but won’t miss modern luxury. Some things are as they were in the past. In the small distillery you can try our self-made refined fruits.

Winter:
At Zefferer you simply can fix your skiing equipment directly in front of the door and enjoy perfect prepared slopes of the Reiteralm. You don’t need your car. Restaurants and the cable car are nearby.

Summer:
In the summertime guests enjoy the beautiful alpine landscapes while hiking or exploring our regions with mountain bikes or E-bikes.
 

Living

Relaxing and cooling off

While reactivating the farm 2020 again, we decided to build 2 Appartements in the supreme floor of the farmhouse to welcome guests and to offer our hospitality. The appartements are approximately 50 square meters and where crafted and furnished by regional artisans with passion and love.

Check-in is possible from 2:00 pm, check-out at 10:00 am

Pets are welcome at Zefferer as well. Each appartement is equipped with a balcony or you can keep your pet in the spaciously living room. Please reserve 20 €/night for your pet.

The sleeping room for 2 persons is separated from the kitchen and the living room and a large bathroom invites for relaxing, wellbeing and comfort. If you prefer, we are able to enlarge the sleeping area so that all in all 4 persons per appartement will comfortably enjoy their holiday at our farmhouse. Free W-LAN and Internet-TV make your holidays additionally great as well.
