Right by the slope:

Strap on your skis right at your doorstep and enjoy the short distance to the Reiteralm ski slope. The skiing fun starts immediately, with Reiteralm being the perfect entry point to the 4-mountain ski area of Schladming. Another advantage: you can take a short break in your apartment during the day. Intersport Gerhardter ski rental and the Reiteralm ski school are also right next door, and you can conveniently book your ski and lift tickets from home and just pick them up.

Our cozy apartments for up to 4 people are not only beautifully and fully equipped but also perfectly tailored to the needs of families. With a separate bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, and living area, you'll feel right at home.

Winter activities for all ages:

Besides skiing, the region offers numerous winter activities such as tobogganing, snowshoeing, and ice skating. There are also cross-country ski trails and beautiful walking paths nearby our farm.

Summer adventures with the Schladming-Dachstein Sommercard:

In the summer, you receive the Schladming-Dachstein Sommercard, giving you free or discounted access to over 100 attractions. These include mountain lifts including Hopsiland, swimming pools, lakes, museums, guided hikes, and much more. Especially for children, there are numerous offers like pony riding, adventure hikes, and bread-baking courses. With the Sommercard, you can also use the hiking buses for free; the bus stop is just a few steps away. The Enns Cycle Path passes directly through our village in both directions, and there are plenty of challenging and well-marked mountain bike tours in the region.

Tradition meets modernity:

Zefferer farm is one of the oldest farms in Gleiming, a village near Schladming. The farm was first mentioned in the year 1544 in the register of the Admont Abbey’s dominion of Gstatt, and thus the house can look back on a rich agricultural history. Visitors can discover old craftsmanship and agricultural artifacts from various centuries in the house. The Zefferer farm has been family-owned since 1625. When we took over in 2020, we decided to revive the rustic farm and offer the upper floor to guests as modern apartments in an old farmhouse. The approx. 50 m² apartments were built and lovingly designed and furnished by local craftsmen. Some things are like in the old days: high-proof spirits can be sampled in the small on-site distillery. Or you can visit the Alpine stone sheep grazing around the house.
